Well the only place people could live on would be Mars I suppose. But they still would need to 1. Make it possible to travel there very fast 2. Do something bout the oxygen and Water Sources 
Another way would be building a Death Star like in Star Wars haha. Hell yea... one nice meteor, pole shift, or dunno what else and we are so screwed. Ah and Pluto is a Dwarf Planet too since 2006. It's so lame >__> Anyway nice work.
